Henry Jackman
is to compose the score for the movie ‘Man On A Ledge’, which boasts a great cast, including Sam Worthington, Elizabeth Banks, Jamie Bell, Ed Harris, Anthony Mackie, Edward Burns and Kyra Sedgwick.
Most of us will know Henry Jackman’s work from ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest’/’At World’s End’, and you can hear his work at the cinema right now as he also scored X-Men: First Class.
‘Man On A Ledge’ is due to be released in January of 2012.
Star of ‘The Hurt Locker’, Anthony Mackie, is currently in talks to join the cast of Summit Entertainment’s ‘Man On A Ledge’, which will star Sam Worthington, playing the lead, (a former NYPD officer threatening to jump from the said ledge), but as yet we do not know who Anthony Mackie will be playing and, to date, the role of the female psychologist trying to talk the jumper down has not yet been cast.
The movie is to be directed by Asger Leth, with Pablo Fenjves writing and David Ready and Mark Vahradian set to produce.
